Our CPA, Tax, Business Consulting and Accounting clients are able to access much of their information by logging in to the “Portal” section.
Prior to login, call our Albuquerque CPA office at 505-828-0900 to obtain a login ID and password. We do not give these out by email for security purposes. This makes your documents accessible only by you.
From the main menu, click the link on the link marked “Portal”.
Once you have logged in, look for the folder that contains what you are looking for, i.e. Tax returns; Other documents; Invoices; Uploads. Click on the folder and find the document you are looking for. Click on the download button (down arro) and the system will promt you to save the document on your computer. Most of the documents will be in Adobe PDF format, so you will need Adobe Reader to open the document.
To upload a document for us, open the “Portal” and folder, and click on UPLOAD.
Whenever you upload a file, or if we put a file into your docs, an email is sent to the email address we have on file to inform you of the activity.
